Frequently Asked Questions

1. How we can get a quote?

We can give you free quotation, by getting in touch with us either through email or arrange a visit our Showroom. Give us as much details you can, in regards with finishes, floor plan, and we will come back to you usually within a week with our price.

2. Do you have a showroom?

We are located at North London, you can book your appointment through our website.

3. Do you give away your designs?

If the client wish to purchase our designs that can be arranged and if the client proceeds with the order the amount of the design service will be deducted from the total amount of the order.

4. What is your ordering process?

Once we receive the deposit in our account the next step is to arrange a site survey, finalize order details. Then we sent our order to the factory to be processed and once is confirmed by the factory we will give you the exact date of delivery and fitting. Usually kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms it takes 6-7 weeks delivery time.

5. What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are 50% deposit and full balance 15 days prior delivery. We accept all major Bank cards, Bank transfer.

6. Can I cancel my order? No , since all of our goods are made to order and once we place the order to our suppliers, no cancellation is possible.

7. Are you products come with warranty?

Yes all of products have warranty, and every brand gives different warranty, depending on material and installation. For instance electric appliances have 2- 5 years warranty, worktops 20-25 years, furniture 5 years
